Taiwanese MP3 player maker sues Apple

Seems like after the failed attempt by Apple to sue the taiwanese mp3 player maker, Luxpro has backfired! Originally, Apple has claimed that Luxpro's Tangent player is a total ripped off of Apple's first generation shuffle player. See the image below :

Apparently the Taiwanese court did not think so as the Luxpro player has FM radio and their logo out front. I do think they look suspiciously alike... the shape and the navigation. But i think the FM radio part must have made those players a winner! I sure wouldn't mind a FM radio on my shuffle!

So now, Luxpro is suing Apple for damages caused by Apple instead.
